Brand new starter in my truck. Just came here for an oil change now my truck won`t start. Then one of his little kiddies is under my truck with a big ball hammer smacking my brand new starter. The fat guy owner named ron comes out to tell me new starters let go all the time. So now i`m sitting in his parking lot waiting for my friend to come and save me. this place id a bunch of hacks and should not be allowed to wor... view morek on cars. Oh and they were eating ice cream in my cab. Calling the bettet business bureu and angie`s list. Stay far away from this place they can`t even do an oil change without killing your car

No Hack here

Ron Nahas General Auto shoots fair. His mechanics are some of the best I`ve seen. His Reception is very helpful and friendly. I went to another local garage to just get my oil changed and the ad price went from $19.95 to $35.00 before I left. The explanation was ""trucks are more"". In my experience, take it first hand, Ron`s is the place and if something goes wrong...take it back, he stands by his repairs.

Ripoff artist

I went here for a quote and could tell the guy was full of it. I had two other quotes prior and Nahas was almost double the price. He was also really rude and you could tell their customer service sucks. I know at least 2 other people who have gone here and gotten overcharged, but didn`t find this out until after I went for the quote. One of them also said they found out he uses aftermarket parts instead of fact... view moreory parts, which is a sign of a lower quality mechanic. Stay clear of Ron Nahas` auto.. shady, rude, and dishonest.

Charged for parts not installed

Had the car fixed, brought it back for the same problem - they `fix` something else. - Bring it back again and they fight with you about how it`s supposedly fixed. Bring it to a specialist (ie the dealer) and they say - Oh! Hey, those parts that the other guys charged you for? He didnt install them. - They showed me the factory parts with my own 2 eyes.
