Terrible, unprofessional, rediculious and hidden pricing. Purchased a used car Honda civic, the dealer brian was a scum bag, and knew we had a small child so he took full advantage of us. He charged us 6000.00 more than msrp we ended up paying $16000 for a car with a Kelly blue book value of $9500. After I got the carfax report on it I found out it had multiple accidents, brought it back to the dealership the next d... view moreay because auto windows and locks worked intermittently, and they told me I was stuck with it. They said I would receive oil changes and car washes for the life of the vehicle, they never allowed one oil change. I had recently been in an accident, hense the reason for purchasing the vehicle. The car dealer noticed a bottle of Vicodin in my purse, and asked for some.. Totally disgusted at this dealership!!!! I am convinced that used car sales men have NO SOULS... Thanks to METRO HONDA.. Stay far away from this place!!!!

The worst experience I have ev...
The worst experience I have ever had at a car dealer! I would not recommend Metro Honda on Hartford Ave, Johnson to anyone. I was shopping around for a new vehicle and stopped by to see what they would offer me for my old vehicle for a trade in. The sales person (Juan) that was assisting me asked for my car keys and took my car to the back so they could assess it. My first mistake. He then sat me down and di... view morescussed pricing on one of their Hondas I was interested in. They offered me $1800 for my trade in, ok, but only removed that value from the sticker price. I said, ?ˆ?no way?ˆ?, he then came back with a slightly lower price. I still said no. Then another sales agent (Juan?ˆ™s manager I guess) asked ?ˆ?what price would it take to sell you the vehicle today.?ˆ? I was still shopping around and wasn?ˆ™t set on a model or price yet. He wanted me to commit on the spot, so he kept lowering the price and kept saying said I cannot commit to that. He reached a very low price for the vehicle (to good to be true price) and I final said yes. He asked for proof of a down payment, I gave him my credit card. My second mistake. He then came back smiling and said his manager would not go down that low, so we were back to the price I discussed with the 1st guy. He still insisted on getting me to commit on the spot. I kept saying no. He went back and forth a few times to the front desk, while I was left waiting. I finally go to the point and asked for my car keys and credit card back so I could leave. They kept negotiating and I kept telling them I am not committing on those prices. I was there for about 3 hours. For about 2 of those hours I felt I was being held hostage. They would not give me back my car key and credit card and kept negotiating with the price by bringing it down only slightly. I got up and was going to the front desk and then another guy (3rd sales persons/manager) comes to try to negotiate the price some more. I keep asking for my keys. At this point I?ˆ™m more arguing with these guys than negotiating on a price. The 3rd guy final said he would bring my keys and credit card. He never did, I got up and went to the counter and asked for my key and credit card. The general manager (I think, guy behind the counter) gave me my keys and credit card, but not without giving my crap for not take any of the offers. Far from any professional service, people trying to sell you time share are better.

Ugh!! Never again
I was very disappointed with the service at Metro Honda. I leased a vehicle from them with a deposit down to cover tax, title, and registration. Three and a half weeks later, my car isn`t registered and my temporary plates have expired. When I called to inform them of this fact, they told me there was a problem with getting the car registered and needed more info from me. This was the first I had heard of this,... view more they never contacted me to get the proper info, and in fact I had called them the week before to see if the registration had been done. They told me not yet, but we will give you a call when it is. When I brought the expired plates to their attention, I asked if there was something that they could do so that I could drive the vehicle for the weekend, since the registry was already closed. I asked if I could have a new temp plate, they told me this was illegal. Ok, well can I use a dealer plate and return it when I get my proper plates. They told me they don`t give out dealer plates to customers. I asked if I could borrow a loaner vehicle, they said they don`t have any. I asked if they would cover a rental car for the weekend. Again I was told they wouldn`t do that. And when I asked well then what I am supposed to do for the weekend, they told me to drive the car and be careful. WOW!!! They actually told me to break the law. They also said that they would register the vehicle on Monday, it never happened. I received the automatic dealer survey from Honda on monday. I gave them an average of 2 out of 5 stars, for the service I received. And I informed them of this when I found out that they still hadn`t registered the car. After that they were incredibly rude, told me that I had ruined their bonuses, and told me they would "TRY" to get the car registered on Tuesday. Needless to say, I am reporting them to the BBB and I also called the state police to report that they told me to drive around on expired plates.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
We wanted a specific 2011 vehicle, with specific options. Metro Honda salesman said we can have the car in `a couple of days`, with a $500 deposit. He then called the following day with good news and bad news. He couldnt get the car we wanted, but he COULD get one just like it with more options (and more money). He said well the car you want cant be found in New England, if anyone says they can get you this, they are... view more lying. We said no thank you and cancelled the order. Then we went on the Honda website, and located EXACTLY the car we wanted at the Honda Dealership in Norwood, MA. We called them and confirmed it was in stock (and the right options), and put a deposit down over the phone. We picked up the car last weekend. We are still waiting to get our refund back from Metro, and they do not return phonecalls. Too bad Metro - I would have bought a car from you, but your salesman lied, and your sales manager Paul is one of the rudest individuals I`ve encountered. Talk about poor customer service. You lost more than the 35k we just spent somewhere else... you lost a customer with a big mouth and lots of friends.

Worst Car Dealership!
We have never been to a car dealership like Metro Honda!!! They are the rudest all around sales people that we have ever dealt with. They certainly don`t care about your satisfaction or business. When I relayed our experience to other people, they also had similar experiences to share and would never buy a car from them, I googled what people thought of Metro Honda and 99% of people were dissatisfied!! I person... view moreally do not know how they are still in business. If I could have given 0 stars that would have been more accurate than 1 star. Do yourself a favor and go out of state to Boch Honda or Herb Chambers, you will be glad you did!

Horrible Experience
Talk about high pressure sales and shady business practices. I visited the dealer yesterday to purchase an Accord Coupe. They ended up only have two loaded models that i wasn`t particually interested in, but they assured me that we could work out a good deal. I played along for a bit to see how serious they were about making me a great deal. They offered me a rediculous amount for my trade and tried to give me a... view moren insane interest rate (8%) while honda america is currently offering 0.9%. At that point i decided it was time to leave, but they mysteriously couldn`t find my keys. After several attempts to find my keys, i walked over to the sales managers desk and found my keys laying right in front of him. I called him them out on their shady practices and he got real angry at me and inssisted that he didn`t know they were mine. Do youself a favor and avoid this dealer. There are others in the area that don`t plays games with their customers.

Honest Honda Dealership Hands Down!
Hi, My name is Mr. Fred Miller of Barrington, RI. I was recently looking for a 2008 Hybrid Honda Civic. I called many Honda dealerships and encountered horrible customer support and service. I was shocked at the poor quality of customer service. I went down the list in the yellow pages and crossed off Majestic Honda, Boch, Herb Chambers Honda and Saccucci. I called Metro Honda and was pleasantly greeted on the tel... view moreephone. My first impression was ?ˆ?wow?ˆ?. The sales representative that answered my questions was very knowledgeable and professional. I was so impressed I purchased a hybrid Honda from Metro Honda. Metro knows how to treat customers. Metro Honda is a 5 Star Honda Dealership!
