First, Blackstone was recommended to me through my insurance company after an accident, so I took it there to get an estimate which was $4000. Secondly, I was told I would not be charged storage. I asked repeatedly and continued being told I was not being charged. Finally when I called to say I wanted to take my car out and asked how much I owed them, I was given the total $297. I expected that, so fine. Three d... view moreays later when calling to say I was having it towed out that day, I was all of a sudden slapped with a $650 fee for storage that I was TOLD TIME AND AGAIN was not being accrued. Last, but not least, they lost the keys to my car. I watched the ever so rude Jessica toss them into a basket FULL of keys, and now they say I never gave them. Finally, my car was taken out and received a second & third opinion with a new estimate of $2000 TOPS for repairs. These guys are rude, and will find ANY WAY they can to STEAL your time, energy and money.

You will NOT be doing yourself any favors by using this company. Do even bother calling - a complete waste of time! This guy is a liar, cheat and complete a**hole!
