I am from Illinois and was traveling to Canada and then to Pennsylvania on a family vacation. My sunroof shattered on my Honda Accord in Indiana on a Saturday and we could not find anyone to fix our sunroof until the next week. We called ahead to Faulkner Honda and spoke to the service department because we knew that we would be in Harrisburg Pennsylvania on Tuesday. Rob from service was more than accommodating, he o... view morerdered the sunroof for us ahead of time and told us that we could get it installed on Wednesday morning. Rob told us to drop our car off on Tuesday so that it would be inside the building in case it rained that day or that night and that he would have enterprise meet us at the Honda dealership. We showed up at Faulkner Honda and enterprise met us there, we switched cars and enjoyed the rest of our vacation. The next day, Rob from service called and said that my car was finished and at no cost to me. The Service manager John Komar contacted my dealership in Mo. and got everything straight with them and the $700 sunroof cost me nothing, because John went out of his way and called and got everything approved with my Honda dealership. (My vacation just got better). John Komar and Rob in service are #1 in my book. I arrived at Honda to pick up my car, and noticed that Faulkner Honda cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I never asked them to do that, they just did and it looked amazing. They got the scratches out of my paint from when my sunroof shattered also. I met with Rob when I arrived at the Honda dealership and Rob stated for us to just leave the rental car there and he would take care of getting it back to enterprise. This saved us even more time. I agree with the above comment...
I agree with the above comment. Faulkner put new brakes on my car. I later took it to a different mechanic and they informed me that the brakes were incorrectly put on my car and they overcharged me for doing so. Buyer beware.

BEWARE!!!!
Avoid this dealership at all cost. Everyone from the General Manager to the sales consultants is shady, unreliable and indifferent. I have never been lied to and disrespected by a business as much as this place. For your sanity, do yourself a favor and find another dealership. I really think HONDA should reconsider attaching their name with this place. My favorite thing is their motto of ""Family First."" Yeah right... view more. Great work on van
We could not be happier with the work that was done to our van following a hishap that damaged the rear door, two lights and bumper. We used Geico`s express service and 3 days after we dropped it off we had it back. The repairs looked great and the service was excellent.

Great Job on Car
We had minor front end damage to our car. When it was towed to the shop, we had our estimate within one day. When we took it in for the actual work it took 3 days, just like they said it would. When we called in questions the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. And when we got the car it was shiny and the hood looked great. Interior floor was protected by little paper mat. And the esitmate was within a ... view morecouple dollars of what it was quoted at. And all their work is guarenteed for the life of the car. I will say the car did smell funky for a day or two. Kinda like shop smell, covered with new car scent. But went away quickly not a big deal. Overall as body shops go they were good.

Avoid at all costs
Had a car in their shop for 5 weeks. We chose the dealership for body work over generic shop a, b, or c and boy are we sorry. I didn`t have all the original factory install pieces on the car when I got it back, it was returned with drops of gas in the gas tank and the interrior of the car looked like it was in the shop for 5 weeks with the windows open.

horrible wait, bad customer service,
i had minor damage to my car, which is a domestic make vehicle. I still haven`t received my car, its been over 7 weeks. I have initiated all phone calls and the service people have been rude when i call. the estimated finish date keeps getting pushed back for one reason or another. It took over a week to get a parts list, another week to order and receive and so far 5 weeks to ??????????/
