Bad Customer Service

Went for an oil change tonight, rushed over to Valoline after work and practice cause I knew they didnt close til 7pm. I pulled up with 5 mins. to spare and they told me I couldnt be seen, that they would finish up with the car they had and close for the night. Oh, he was nice enough to tell me I could come back tomorrow. I feel that if I was there before closing I should have gotten my oil change.
