first time I went there, I made an appointment because they came recommended from my regular mechanic. big mistake. I told them four times which wheel bearing to change. apparently, they didn`t listen one out of the four times, because they changed the one on the wrong side. when I asked them about it and how they were going to fix it, they said I`d have to wait until after the weekend. wasn`t gonna happen.
