Great Auto Shop

I was in a minor accident and my Insurance company suggested Jeff Critchlow. Took my Highlander down for an estimate. They set up a day to bring it in and scheduled a rental. Things couldn`t have run smoother. Jeff and his crew did a excellant job. They even cleaned the inside. Thanks again, Sonic B

Terrible Service!

This is the worst experience I`ve ever had with an auto repair shop. They have had my car for 6 weeks, and it`s still not finished! The secretary is totally incompetent. I call everyday, and everyday I have been assured that I will have my car back my the end of the week, the next day, etc. Of course when that time rolls around, the car isn`t ready. I`m not optimistic the car will even run properly once I get it... view more back! I will never go back there...
