Just bad

I took my truck in for service for trans. I was told it would be done the next day. I got the truck back 4 days later. I asked for a rental car and never recieved one. Next, my friend said she was taking her 06 Chevy truck in for a recall on the head. They said they would call her, a month later she called them back and the said they have to order the parts. hey said the truck would be done in 3 day. A week later it ... view morewas done. They gave her a 95 olds for a rental car. GM pays for a new car for a rental in the warenty agreement. I wounder were the money goes from GM for the rental cars. I would drive the distance to go to a different dealer.

Rude service, Outrageous Prices, Misleading window stickers

Refused to budge even a little on outrageous used car prices. Took two vehicles on test drives that didn`t have all the equipment listed on the sticker. Owner (Lud) and salesman (Mark) were both rather rude as well. Needless to say I went elsewhere.

DISHONEST

They sold us a gm certified vehicle that shortly after began to rust....upon trip after trip to the body shop...the repair shop ((which is awesome~the one benefit to this business)) told us it had been wrecked before we bought it. We however paid for a vehicle that was supposed to be in excellent condition. Called GM and they had to contact owner, because he would not respond to us.
