Untouchable expertise
My experiences at this garage have always been terrific! I am completely convinced that no human being on earth knows more about cars than Jim Locke and his team. These are the kind of people that you want servicing your car. I read ""dougehrlich"" `s review and I had to double-check to see if we were both talking about the same place. Jim has a great reputation in the community, and also the know-how to fix literall... view morey anything you throw at him! Whether it is a race car, a vintage car, or a beat-up car that you just need to keep running. I rest assured knowing that Jim knows my car, and he knows how to treat it; better yet, how to treat my wallet! Any time you are in search for car service do not hesitate to go to Jim!

I read this guys doug review and I`m not sure if he`s talking about the same shop? I`ve been dealing with Jim Locke Automotive for about 3 years now and I won`t use anyone else. He good for my GMC truck and my three BMW`s. He`s fair, reasonable and because he doesn`t walk on water he stands behind is work, which in this day and age is rare.

Utterly absurd disregard of my good-faith and trust.
I am stunned. I cannot express my disappointment over this shop`s failure. I paid with a credit card, in advance, for them to do a simple inspection of a used truck we found at a local dealership. We arranged to have the dealer bring the truck to them, after reading positive things written on other web sites. The dealer went out of the way to drop it off and leave it overnight. It stayed overnight then over a holday... view more weekend, and would not call me back to tell me the results of the inspection. Promises to call me back never happened. I paid with a credit card in advance and wonder if they ran my card. After finally putting me on hold to ""get the paperwork"", I was disconnected. Then I called back and was hung up on repreatedly. This is not the way you treat anyone. If anyone reads this and still goes ahead and uses Jim Locke, I would appreciate it if you would print this out, and ask Jim Locke to call me, Doug Ehrlich at my office at 303-819-7969, so an honest-to-goodness customer can tell him how Debbie stonewalled me, lied to me, never returned calls, put me on hold and disconnected me. I did nothing more than ask for an inspection, agreed to send the truck to them, and waited in vain for a return call. If Jim Locke is reputable, Debbie totally undermined any respect and trust I had, and motivated me to write this feedback to tell others.
