The Truth...
Unfortunately Mr. Howard did not explain the whole story to what happend that evening. There are several signs posted on the premises, stating there is no parkinking without the proper tag issued by the facilty. Also when Mr. Howard came to pick up his vehicle, he was very rude to my driver and made threatening remarks on his life. As of right now there is no law passed by the City of Pittsburgh or the State of Penns... view moreylvania regulating the towing businesses on how much they can charge per tow. The overcharge of $85.00 that Mr. Howard is referring to would be in order, However the city ordinance 525.02 HAS NOT BEEN PASSED INTO LAW BY THE CITY MAYOR!!!! We have been inpounding vehicles from this particular location for the past twelve years and never had been degraded to this extent as you see on his review.
Mr. Howard please understand that dragging our business through the mud is completely unnecceary. We strive to provide reliable service and have never received such a negative feedback, especially from someone who is clearly and completely wrong such as Mr. Howard about the whole situation.
As for his buddy (if you click on ""Howard"") I still do not understand what he was trying to say?

This guy rips people off
My fiancee`s car was towed by this guy, and rightly so, since I forgot to move my parking permit to her car, but then he charged us 85.00 dollars more than the city ordinance 525.02 allows. He is going to get his 1,000 fine when we take his receipt to the city on Monday, and will maybe lose that precious license.
