Dependable Service at a Fair Price

I have been taking cars to this Firestone for years when the dealer warranty has expired. One of the mechanics, Ed can do wonders on a car. The service is always fast and done right the first time. You are never sold something you don`t need. And the Firestone warranty on items like breaks, shocks, batteries, mufflers/exhausts, etc. and unbelievable! Pricey

I pulled into Firestone and talked to the sales person and told them that my left rear tire is almost flat sitting in the trunk and it has been patched before. He said ok we will fix you right up. There is another hole in the tire. They wanted $25 to patch the tire and take the spare off. I figured $5-10 but not $25. Right before they decide to patch the tire their mechanic said I can not patch this tire because it w... view moreas already patched before. I said can not you just patch the other hole and be done with it. He said no it is a safety issue. You`ll have to purchase a tire for X amount of Money. I said I am going home. I drove 40 miles on a spare tire back to my local tire shop and they patched the tire for FREE. Sorry but I will not return.
