Incompetence
Cheep prices, unprofessional conduct, and they are not people friendly. Employees speak in an angry matter, and as they were installing my system there was two complaints. they said that they have been doing this for seven years, Seven years and still can`t do the job.

AWESOME STORE & SERVICE!
I first would like to say this is one cool place! I called these guys because I was have a problem with my old radio not playing cd`s. They fix me up with a really nice JVC radio with the Satellite Radio Option. They did an AWESOME JOB! It look like it was made for the car! They even vacuum out my car when they where done! Messed up installation............
I will never go here again. I had to get a device installed on my car. I took it there and was there for a couple of hours (which is fine because I figured we would be there for awhile). We drove the car home and noticed the light for the traction control was on. I noticed that the car could be started without the device which is not suppose to. Then the device started to count back down in the negative after only a ... view moreweek. I called the company this installer is contracted through. They told me to fill out a customer complaint form which he does not have at his shop. He told me I needed to bring my car back and that it may cost money to fix. I refuse to pay extra money that if had been done right in the first place would cost no more. I called the company back that he is contracted through about my issue and the general manager called me back and told me that I didnt need to pay for anything because it was not my fault. I had my car fixed at another shop. I will never use this shop again considering the day I had it installed another person was there complaining about the same issue and his response was I don`t do anything for free. Do it right in the first place and you wouldn`t have to. I caution anyone who has to have a breathalizer device installed in there vehicle to go somewhere else. One more thing. The general manager called them and the installer told him they had no prior knowledge of my device working incorrectly which is false. I am completely and utterly surprised and appalled that a company acts like this:(

Poor Service
John called me very quickly. He got me in the next day and that is where the good service ended. I brought in a 2010 Equinox with less than 100 miles on it. I wanted a remote starter installed. It took them almost two hours to tell me that they needed another remote starter that was not yet out for the 2010 model. Why didn`t they check that out beforehand rather than have me wait for almost two hours? Then when I... view more finally went out to leave in my SUV, the battery light was blinking and the computer menu was locked up. I had to take the auto back to the dealership and rent an automobile because I had errands to run. I am now waiting to hear from the dealership what the problem is. I only know that it was alright before I took it to the Installation Doctor and now my NEW Equinox is getting checked out at the dealership.

Fast and Professional
I called and John fit me in that same day! The service was fast and professional. John was polite and personable. I can`t say enough good things about my experience. The shop was nice and clean. I watched a flat screen tv while I waited to get my stereo put in. Will return any time I need something installed.

great price, professional install
well i went to the instalation doctor to get a remote starter installed im my wife`s vue. The work was done well, there are no wires just streched across the engine comaprtment like big box stores. The price was excellent. i would recomend the store to anyone.

Very Scary...
Located in bad part of town, seen drugg deal taking place in waiting area while I was getting my radio installed.

John the service guy lost the manual to my radio and I had no idea on how to use it.

Good Install bad service.....
Service is slow only one installer. Making an appointment means nothing be prepared to wait all day for installation.
Very low on hand inventory most parts have to be ordered and could take forever to be delivered to store.
Installer is receptionist/service guy/janitor/cash registser person/ everything else....

I suggest Best Buy
