If you live in the Delaware County area.... Don`t use Quality Breaks on 420 in Morton, PA. I had work done on My 86 Pontiac Trans Am. It was the fuel pump. On that car a hard job to do. Gave me a price of $150 just to install my parts (which ran me $95 for the pump, filter and strainer). Then once I got it towed there, raised price to $350 (parts and labor) and refused to use my parts. Turns out my cat needed to be r... view moreeplaced too. Now we`re at $725. Go to pick up the car and get told it won`t stay running. Another $75 to find out way. Turns out to be an airflow problem. Another words something they didn`t put back together right. I pick up my car Friday afternoon at close, and now I can move my stearing wheel up and down and side to side. So I go back first thing this morning and proceed to get Yelled, Screamed, and Cused out in front of other customers before I can fully explain why I am even there. I went in with a smile and polite disposition. I thought that after all the underbody work they did that maybe they losened something and forgot to tighten it back down. Not that they broke anything. As he kept yelling "We didn`t break your F***ing car!!!" That alone sounds guilty to me. But again not what I said. All I got out before he ripped into me was ..." There`s something going on with my stearing wheel. I can ... Well do this..." and with my hands showed him how it moves around. All I wanted was for him to check it out and see what was the cause. Instead He called me a b**** and made me cry. And if you really know me... You know thats not an easy thing to do. So unless you want your wife, daughter, mother, or sister treated this way Stay far away from John (owner and manager). I would have given it Negative stars , but that wasn`t an option. So I gave th lowest I could.
