I took my Jeep with 6,000 mile...

I took my Jeep with 6,000 miles on it to Laurel to have it serviced, as I just moved back to the area and needed a dealer. They offered pick up and drop off services, so I took advatage of it, which I loved. When the gentleman brought back my Jeep he left a window open, that wasnt open when he took it, and didnt tell me, well it poured down rain that day and of course the car got soaked. They took care of it and cle... view moreaned it out in a timely fashion, but when i got the Jeep returned, I found a broken speaker in the back seat. I do not use the back seat, as I have no children, so I know that it wasnt broken. When I called them, the manager told me he would have to order the speaker grate to fix it. Well 2 weeks went by and I didnt hear from him, so I called again, and then he told me the part was on backorder and he hadnt received it yet, but didnt feel it was important to call and tell me this.
