Well when i noticed that manager was different from when i had a bad experience i decided to give it a go. Tom Carry and Antony gave me a wonderful experience. Everything was explained in extream detail. i even asked it to be dumbed down :). i feel that this store has evolved wonderfully from what it was year or 2 ago. the new mechanics work very well as a team. Honest & friendly

I`ve heard some bad experiences with Kost, and I`ve had an experience in the past where the mechanic`s communication was lacking.. but my experience today was excellent. I thought I needed brakes and they could of easily ripped me off. Derek called me and said my brakes were fine! Even the price he quoted me was great, Halterman`s wanted to try and charge me triple and if I would of brought my car to them, i`m sure... view more they would of put new brakes on anyway!

Horrible Customer Service

This business is run by mechanics that lack communication and people skills. First the mechanic wanted to do a bunch of extra work which I confirmed through another mechanic was not necessary at all. They needed to order a part for my car and they were supposed to call me when it came in. They never called because I declined to do the extra work. Horrible customer service- lazy service- take longer even with an appointment.

They put on V tires on a Suzeki which is a high speed tire that uses the tire in less than a year,
when the car should have had an H tire. The tires did not last and they are quite expensive.
What a waste. Three other companies were contacted when trying to price tires and all three (3) companies did not understand why these tires were used! They said these tires were for high speed and not necessary for th... view moreis car at all.

They were not personable at all, they quite rude and arrogant.
