Scott`s USED to be a good shop...but that has changed. I took my Altima there for a tire rotation and oil change just a few weeks ago. This past weekend I got a flat tire along I-81and got everything out to change to my spare. Except NONE of the lug nuts would break free. I called AAA and they sent out a towing company and their guy couldn`t break the lug nuts free. He had to use an impact wrench they reserve fo... view morer rigs. He said they were easily torqued to over 230 ft-lbs and not the 90 ft-lbs that Nissan specs. Two days later I go to start my car and it makes a load pop. I call another local shop who told me to change the oil and filter before I drive it anywhere and let them know if the filter is cracked and how much oil I get out of it. I ended up draining over 6 qts of oil (all oil, no fuel or coolant mixed in) from the drain pan and my car only takes about 3.9 qts with a oil & filter change. I am NEVER NEVER NEVER going to Scott`s again. The quality there has gone way down hill and when you contact them to tell them about it they argue with you and don`t care. My car was nowhere else in the past few weeks for any work, they were the last to touch it and they royally screwed up two of the most routine things you can do to a car. Terrible company.

Do NOT take your vehicle to this shop. They do not stand behind there work. They have messed up my vehicle and refuse to pay the other shop tifix my vehicle. They belittle you when you go in to complain they do not return calls, i used to use them for all my repairs have spent more than 4G with them but now they have messed up and will not pony up the money. Pay the little extra and go to a dealership.

I chose Scott`s based on the reviews listed here. I`m glad I did! My daughter goes to Shippensburg University and we live in York. Her car broke down and I had no idea who to trust for service. I had the car towed to Scott`s and was very pleased with the results! He could have taken advantage of the situation but did not. I called around Chambersburg f...

I called around Chambersburg for tire prices for my Trailblazer. Scott`s had the best price, over $100 less than one competitor who wanted me to call back if anyone beat their price so they could match it.......right....do I sound like an idiot. Just give me your best price the first time. Scott`s made me an appointment, got me in on time and had my new tires installed in less than 45 minutes. The great people at Scott`s ha...

The great people at Scott`s have been taking care of my family`s cars for over ten years. I drive over 100 miles per day and now have over 300,000 miles on my car.
