Also they`re are a strong ad...
Also they`re are a strong advocate of the BAITAND SWITCH PROGRAM. they are liars and legal theives they don`t care about the customer at all and most of all they dont seem to work with people who have a credit score under 650 which is BS. do you mean to tell me that if someone with an 850 or plus credit score is better than someone with a lower credit score? that is BS also we are all equal a credit score is just a... view more number. I am starting a potision to have people stop buying from DEALERSHIPS because these vehicles are overpriced!!!!!! SO FAULKNER CIOCCA I will do my best to shut you down even if it takes my whole life time to do so. Let the games begin losers......

The check is in the mail! Ha!!!
Had my 2005 repaired here, and 1 month later my car broke down at the jersey shore. It was the exact same problem that I`d just had taken care of. Had to pay for a tow truck and rental car as well as having the vehicle repaired again. Called dealership right away and was told they`d "make it right." I had to keep calling for weeks to "remind" them about my $$. I suppose $300 is a pittance to ... view morea big dealership, but most of us would rather see that money in our checking accounts.
Finally marched in there and waited til a check was slooooowly brought to me. treated me as if my business didn`t matter. I won`t buy from Faulkner again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER :: Without reading this first!?ˆ?
Major Engine Failure within 4 months. Do not buy a car from this unscrupulous dealership without reading how the treat their customers.
The 2006 Mercury Mariner Hybrid I bought from Faulkner Ciocca Ford/Mercury of Quakertown in April 2010 experienced major engine failure in early August 2010. Within in 3 months and 2 weeks of owning the vehicle (15 days after the dealer warranty ended) lack of engine oil was the c... view moreause of the rod bearings to break.
The cost of repairing the engine is $6,600+ none of which Faulkner Ciocca feels they are liable to help with. They do not guarantee the cars they inspect and sell. Make sure you get your car inspected by an independent resource or else they will sell you a car that hasn`t been serviced or had it`s fluids changed.
Do business with them at your own risk, it just doesn`t make sense how they could treat a customer so dismissively.
