IT WAS THE NIGHTMARE FROM HELL! I came 2 them because everywhere was booked & Binder s wouldnt see me until later that day, so since it was early in the morning I figured I d go to Acevedo s and get a quote and then to Binder s later that day to get a quote and second opinion. I specifically told Tony Acevedo s wife, who is the receptionist there, that I did not want them to start on anything and that I just need... view moreed an evaluation and estimate Not long after her husband Tony started working on the car & b4 u knew it they had my $200 bill waiting 4 me. I was upset that they would start the work although I specifically stated I wanted an estimate only. What if I didnt have the money to pay, then what?! So his wife called me & told me that the car is ready. I asked her did her husband drive it. She lied n stated he did. I get there & pay 4 the car & as soon as I drove off the lot onto the street the same issue is happening & has not been fixed, so I wheel the car back in and they take a look at it and it appears they fixed an issue that didnt even need immediate attention and was not the reason I came in. I came in because it felt as though the car was going to overturn and it had a bouncy feeling to it and was making allot of noise.
