Great Service and Fast

We got our son a gift certificate to Howard`s for Christmas. My husband planned on dropping the car off and returning later to pick it up. But when he got there he found out they could take him right away, no appointment was needed. He was in and out with four new tires in an hour. The staff was helpful and friendly. We will be back!

I?ˆ™ve evolved, from first using Howards almost ten years ago to replace Hankook tires (they went out of their way to honor warrantee etc.) and other free repair of flats, to them being my primary mechanic and inspection station now. DON`T GO THERE. You get what you pay for! 5 days after they put a tire on, it went flat. It was discovered they put the tire on backwards (tire said mount this side in) and they installed it the other way. It wasn`t seal properly, they stripped a lug nut and didn`t put the cap tightly on another so it came off. Total inconvenience and not worth the money. I had 4 new tires put on my Passat at Howard Tire last year for LESS than what I had paid 3 years before. They are professionals and fair and provide great tires in a timely manner. My daughter is taking her car there tomorrow for 4 new tires as well. You cannot bet this company...........they do RIGHT!! It is refreshing to be able to TRUST a business these days.

Just Plain Great!

Expert service, great mechanics & fast! I would say that Howard has an Central PA industry first with a "Drive Thru" tire installation. Everyone that works there is considerate & takes great care of your vehicle. Did I mention fast? I have a background in automotive parts & service, I found great prices & the salesman didn`t even try any of the scams that you`ll get at the other tire places!
