Very Shady!!!!!!! unreliable!!!!!!!!!

Took my Nissan car to Steel valley a few years ago. Steel valley is a shady company very hard to work with. They never give you a clear answer when you talk to them. Ended up costing the insurance company close to $3000 more than the original quote. They said they replaced parts that weren`r replaced. The paint job was horrible looks like they painted it in a dirty garage. And now a little over two years later ... view morethe paint has a haze over it, looks like the car is over 15 years old. Beware!!! do not take any insurance claims there, they will over charge the insurance company causing your premium to go up even more if the accident was your fault.

Steel Valley Auto 694 Cove Road Weirton WV, 26062 is not recommended by insurance claims adjusters for their work done. Insurance company`s policy will not warranty it and, you can be charge more than a certified dealership. Their cost of service is much as a professional dealership. Steel Valley Auto body jobs have rusted out on automobiles very quickly. I would recommend a different shop listed in with your insuran... view morece agent or a dealership. Their paint booth is imperfect. The paint is stretched so far that a finger nail could scrape it. Clear coat is expensive so you be lucky to get a coat. The rest must be for the next automobile. The over-spray and fish scale they can buff off, causing all the clear coat shine not to last. The preparation work must not be correct if it will rust in two weeks. Big $$$$$ go in and what you get out is unprofessional, unexceptionable, and the better bureau will help out if done in a fashionable manner. I would never take anything being a automobile, truck, boat, or a motorcycle. You would be better off to try it yourself and save $$$$$.

NOT A TRUSTING COMPANY

I took my truck there last winter after a collision. My insurance ""allstate"" wrote the check straight to the company instead of me. Steel Valley Auto said it would take 2 weeks to fix. Ended up taking 3 months. Since they already had the money they took their time. Costing me an extra $1030.00 for rental car charges, because my insurance only pays for 30 days for a rental car. Steel Valley wouldn`t give me a ... view moredetail of everything that was fixed. I had to go to my insurance afterward. I then realized they charged my insurance company for extra parts they didn`t replace. Including a radiator , headlight. Steel Valley Auto is NOT A TRUSTING COMPANY !!!!!!!! I still had to take my truck to Get a front end alignment after they they fixed it.
