If I could rate a 0 I would. I was in an accident a month ago and they said I could go to yard that night to remove stuff from my car(baby seat, diapers, work clothes etc.) When I was able to come up to yard they gave me the run around. The girl Ashley is not very bright and should not be in this business. I called again because I had no other choice for a friend and they said they would be there in a hour and a half... view more. 2 1/2 hours later still no truck. I called the office again and conveniently the voice mail is full just as it was when I was dealing with my own car. This place is very unprofessional and I don`t know how they stay in business.

Two weeks ago my son had an accident and Extreme Towing showed up miraculously within a few minutes. They had my son sign a form (towing agreement with no amounts listed) and then towed the car. No mention of cost or anything. I called them within 3 hours and was told that to get the car I owed $765.00 and that I should wait to see what the insurence companies say as it was probably totaled. He told us that if our i... view morensurence company wouldn`t pay he would work something out. In the meantime two weeks have passed and we found out that we should get it out and then go after the insurence company of the other driver. I called today and it will cost 1485.00. My problem is not with a storage fee (45/day when checked other companies it is 25 - 35/daily) but the exorbitant amount first given for what amounted to less then 1 hours work. This company is a predator and should be avoided at all costs. I avoid Philly because of the way the city works hand in glove with pirates. I do plan to take further action via the state (because Philly is WAY too corrupt to do anything.) If anyone has any more information concerning this predator please respond. One star is five too many!

I been dealing with Extreme towing for a few years, i am in charge of about 60 pieces of equipment and vehicles, i depend on them to get my equipment picked up and moved on a daily basis, they are always on time, never damages, and a very well known company and even when i need things picked up at the last minute, i call and i don`t worry because i know it will be done, i know Big John personally and he doesn`t hide w... view moreho he is and is a well respected and very smart kid, if his guys are too busy to do the work, he will jump in the truck and do it himself which is very unheard of these days, you call his office,he is there and he will do whatever it takes to earn your trust and respect.

THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES!!!!! ...
THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES!!!!! I was forced to let these people tow my car from the accident I had last week, only to go there for my things and hear "Nothing is taken from the car until the bill is paid... that`s our collateral". John did let me get my work bag from the back seat but watched me like a hawk...and two days later I found out why... those vultures stole my stereo system from my... view more trunk.. and all my phone cords!!!!! I filed a police report but without proof there is nothing I can do but sue for the loss. 800.00 is a lot but not enough for attorney and lawyer fees... horrible horrible horrible people!!!! And you`re right, the girl that answers the phone as well as John himself is very surly and at times ignorant... biggest mistake ever signing that paper. If you have a choice NEVER EVER use this company.

TERRIBLE!!! I was forced to u...
TERRIBLE!!! I was forced to use this company thru Toyota Roadside. 1st call at 2pm, quoted arrival 3pm. At 3:15 Toyota called back with revised time 3:45. At 4pm, I called the tow co and was told 4:20, and there would be a $17 toll charge because the car was going to NJ. What? Why is it going to NJ? Dispatcher Jamie said "That is where you agreed to send it when talking to Toyota." OK, whate... view morever, I will call Toyota and change. Toyota could find another location in PA except one that would result in a tow charge of $16. However, Toyota said the toll charge WOULD be covered. So I agreed to send to Jersey. 4:25 tow truck still not there, so I called Jamie again. With attitude she told me another 15-20 minutes, he was getting on 95N at Cottman (I was at State Rd in Bensalem, sorry that is more than 20 min at 4:30 on a weekday). Finally 5pm the tow arrived, hooked the car up to the back of the flat bed (because the flat bed was already occupied by some other car). Then he asked me for the $17 toll fee and I said, Toyota said it was covered. "Nope, gotta get the $17 or I can`t take your car over there." I said listen, I don`t know what`s going on, but I don`t even want it to go to NJ, I would prefer to keep it in PA. "No problem, why don`t I just take it to the dealership in Langhorne." There`s a dealership in Langhorne, you can do that, just change the location? Won`t it cost extra, be outside the tow mileage? "Sure, I am taking this car to a dealership right next to it. There is no extra fee, its close enough." Ok, so, just so we are clear, you are taking my Prius to XYZToyota in Langhorne. "yes, to (specific street address) in Langhorne, XYZToyota." OK I am calling the first place to cancel, and calling XYZToyota and tell them its coming. "You got it!" Next day I call XYZToyota in Langhorne and they do not have my car, it was never dropped off. They have no idea where my car is. So I call Extreme and Jamie answers again. I say, do you know where my car is? "yes its at ZZ Toyota in Burlington NJ." I say Do you know why it was towed there? The last words I had with the tow operator was that it was going to XYZ in Langhorne, because I didn`t want to pay the toll fee and I didn`t want it to go to NJ. "Well I don`t know why he would say that, Toyota is covering the toll fee, and Toyota told us to take it to NJ." Ok, well, why would he say its going to Langhorne and then take it to NJ. "I don`t know why he would say that, Toyota said to take it to NJ, you wanted to take it to XYZ but you didnt want to pay the extra miles so we took it to Burlington.?ˆ? (and each sentence has more attitude and sarcasm). Well, was anybody going to tell me where my car was? "We took it where you told Toyota you wanted it to go to." OK, can I speak to your manager? "(REALLY SURLY NOW) He`s not here." OK what is his name? "John" And his last name? "BREESE." OK thank you. Then she hung up. NEVER USE THIS PLACE. Who knows where your car will end up.
