I called to schedule an appointment to take my car in to get worked on. I was told to bring it in a week later. I was also told that I would have my car back in 4-5 days. I did that. I waited an entire month to get my car back! I was never even called. When I called to complain, I was told that there was no reason for it to take so long. They never even said sorry. I still had to pay the full amount after A MONTH!
