I had a great experience. They squeezed me in near the edge of their time limit to have a sub installed by the end of the day, I was actually pushing over the time he would have liked, he accomated my needs, the owner, who helped me with some tricks of the trade with installation for myself even tried to suggest me to install it myself, knowing how much I already had done myself for installation (I refuse to wire th... view moree amp in myself because I just don`t like the idea of attaching to the battery, and I Know I will not be able to wire as well as they do..) Anyway, they had this in on a decent time, he even checked the wiring on the head unit I didn`t purchase to make sure everything was in order since I did buy two products from him, and he seemed to have my best interests in order. I was very pleased with my experience. I will say that the items were a little pricey, but I`m assuming the business buys direct from the manufacture, which would mean higher price than buying from amazon or ebay or where ever you buy your products. I did get a 3 year warranty that I can do anything but hurt the speakers physically and they`ll be replaced because I went all JL. I told him my budget, told him my max, and he made it work BEAUTIFULLY.

I have been dealing with David at Sound Solution approx 10 years. In the past the work has always been the best, That is until recently. The work is not as good as it used to be for what ever the reason. I recently had some items I purchased in the past and re installed on my daughters new 2009 Elentra . David?ˆ™s guarantee???? Wrong We had a code alarm auto start?ˆ? whi... view morech was purchased from Sound Solutions This item was not installed properly on the new Elentra with all the power going to a fuze which was overloading " a Link Garage Door Mirror "again purchased from David and a new Back up sensor system which was cut into the bumper with 4 button sensors. When my 18 year Daughter got the car home we noticed the front windshield was damaged, Sound solutions were notified the very next day because they were closed when we called and first noticed the Damage which was done. David came to look at the damage. He stated the damage couldn?ˆ™t have been done by him but he would pay for a new Windshield?ˆ? which he has yet to do-been waiting for approx 3 weeks" and for us to never come to his shop and that all guarantees were void. When I asked about his Guarantee on previous and current items purchased He said "To Bad", I was on my own. That was not what I expected. In the past 10 years I added up approx what I purchased from Sound Solutions and it came to approx $10,000 dollars When work was done"usually correctly with a few hick ups" payment was on the spot and now because they broke my windshield and need it replaced I was without a Guarantee. If the work which used to be Quality and now Shotty was don?ˆ™t correctly I would be satisfied and this post would never have been written. I can only hope that anyone who deals with Sound Solutions in the past, present and in the future gets all work Guaranteed and INSISTS IT IS PUT INTO WRITING! Took my wifes Blazer there for...

Took my wifes Blazer there for some speakers to be installed. Excellant people to deal with. Didn`t try to push something on me i didn`t want. Vehicle was done in a couple hours and sounds great. Very reasonable prices also. Will definitly be going back there for anything audio.

They have installed killer car audio systems, im my wifes and my personal truck , and he quality of installation was outstanding.
