Predators!!!!

Carpooled to a meeting...in a parking lot...3 cars...we showed up at the moment they were about to leave with one of our cars. We had to call the police to and then they were spooked. They finally let the one car down and they proceeded to try and take one of our other cars. Mind you this is 4 woman in a Kmart parking lot while the kmart was open!!! We almost had to jump on our cars so they wouldn`t hook them up.... view more They did tell us we could pay $150 to let the car down. There were aparantly signs posted for no overnight parking, but this was while the store was still open,not exaclty over nite. When the police showed, they said these guys are notorious for this. These guys are slmy, not out to make a living legitimitely.

Damaged my vehicle, Refused to provide insurance info

Had my vehicle towed after my transmission died. Was connected with them via my roadside assistance. As the driver was towing my car, the car actually slipped off the truck on the drivers side, causing damage to my steering/suspension. Spoke with the manager who was just as polite as the last person`s review. Wanted to see the vehicle to determine if it was his driver`s fault. Filed an insurance claim with my policy,... view more and asked for his insurance information. He mentioned something about his "policy" that he would have to inspect the car. Asked again for his insurance info and threatened to contact the state police. He screamed at me for three minutes before he hung up on me. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOW YOUR CAR. I can`t give less than one star unfortunately.
