Buyer Beware! Bought used...

Buyer Beware! Bought used Saturn from owner (8/20/12) who said vehicle was in Excellent condition. When I bought a carfax, I found that the vehicle had been in an accident. Owner stated he was GIVING us a 3 month warranty, which is BS. He is required to provide the warranty according to the State of NJ. Within 2 days of purchase (8/22/12), check engine light came on and a tire blew out. I called to use the ... view morewarranty for the check engine light and was told by warranty company that warranty was not in effect yet as they did not receive paperwork from dealer. Called dealer and he said it was my problem and that I had to deal w/warranty company. Then, warranty company sent me a letter denying coverage since when Icalled to use the warranty, I had reported a problem w/the vehicle. (8/27/12) Owner called to say that he`d fix problems w/car. Been trying to reach him for 2 days, and he will not answer phone or emails!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DON`T BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER! (8/29/12)
