I experienced great customer service, honesty, and prompt service. As a woman, I always expect the worst from mechanics trying to scam me. I have only been here 1 time, but I was in a pickle. I live all the way across town and my car was not gonna make it a few feet. People don`t hate

First of all these guys work extremely hard to get cars done for people. I have drove by there several times to see these guys working late.They worked on my 2002 dodge stratus and the work was done right at a fair price and it was on time. I work in a body shop, and when it comes to the auto industry it can be very unpredictable. HORRID people- Liars, drove my car for personal use

All I can say is this place is worthless- they put 19 miles on my car after I dropped it off, and there was NOTHING replaced that warranted a ""terstdrive"". They fixed a light- thats it. And for that 10 minute job, they kept my car for 3 days, and lied each day saying ""we`re looking it over doing a courtesy check"". I must say though, the light works great- they did a fantastic job replacing a bulb for me.....pathe... view moretic is an understatement. Pathetic people and pathetic service

This is a pathetic auto shop waiting you to rip your money... they have no basic manners.. not at all courteous.. they charged $1250 last year for replacing some parts in my car when I went there for inspection test.. and now again, those parts have to be replaced within a year.. When I dropped my car with them so they could replace it, they denied it saying that those parts are out of warranty. Nightmere They Ripped Me Off Beware !!!!!!

My 2004 V W Tourig broke down . They told me I needed a fuel pump and the cost would be $800 for parts and $300 for labor, They said the job would be done in 4 days . After 1 week I kept calling and they were rude and kept brushing me off saying the were working on it. After 2 weeks They told me the bill was $1444.00 the they had jacked up the labor cost $200.00 extra. Also there is no written guarantee given on th... view moree work . Also I had an extra 91miles on the clock , who knows that happened there . I am disgusted at the service and also know I was ripped off. I called the consumer affairs office and they said Banksville ` quality ` auto has many complaints . BEWARE BEWARE , GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK . To get ripped of before Christmas I hope these people can sleep at night . I hope I have been able to protect others so they do not get abused like I did . Banksville Quality Auto

I was at this shop today with a bad fuel pump and they were great. It is under new management now so this other persons claims are invalid now. They had me back on the road in under 1 hour I am very pleased with the service and the professional way it was handled. As far as this place being a ""chop shop"" I don`t think they know what they are talking about. Maybe you DO NOT know what you are talking about and that is the problem not THEM. This place is a Chop Shop

My car unfortunately broke down by this place so I got it towed there for a new alternator. It is now three months later and my car brakes down... I take it to my normal guy and he tells me it is my alternator and asks who in the world installed this thing!? I let him know and indicate they charged me $400, and he says ""Wow they ripped you off!"" I still have the reciept and I go complaning to Banksville Auto - the... view morey are rude to me and tell me where they got the part, who indicates that they do not do business with them. Now I am out of a car, they stopped answering the phone, and I need to take the part back to them and let them take the alternator back. They indicated to me that they are in ""no hurry"", so who knows when I can get my car back. I feel like just because i was honest and let them know I was in a bind they very much took advantage of my situation and totally just threw a crappy part in very quickly and unprofessionally. DO NOT GO HERE they definitaly seem like are the kind of car shop that will ""fix"" things and charge you for it when they dont need fixed! They will take advantage you.
