Almost a 3 hour wait!

At first, I was happy to learn that you can get a state inspection and emissions test at JL without an appointment, until I went to get one. The place was empty when I pulled in except for one other guy that pulled in just ahead of me. We both needed inspections. I was told that inspections take 45 min to an hour and since this fellow was in front of me it would be longer. OK, so I was prepared to wait. What I wa... view moresn`t prepared for were the SEVEN oil changes that came in, were completed, and left while I sat there. Why didn`t they finish our jobs before they started treating other customers?. The guy left after about 90 minutes and I was there for more than another hour. At least they didn`t try to upsell me on a bunch of useless services like they did the last time. No more Jiffy Lube!
