I have been waiting for a week so far to take delivery of my 2004 Jeep Liberty I purchased. The head mechanic could care less about any problems his laziness is causing me. I took my Saturn off the road when I went to pick up the Jeep, only to have him tell me then, instead of calling me about something he already knew about, that it won`t pass inspection. It has been a week so far with him working on it who knows wh... view moreen, and there is always an excuse as to why it is not ready. I am always treated rudely when I call in to check up on it. I get the feeling that they could care less about when I get the Jeep, as they already cashed the check. Edit 02/28/2013: The check engine light came back on, I had a scan ran and it is the same problem as before. I then called M&M, I was again treated rudely, I asked what they planned to do, he said nothing and then started to yell at me, I then asked to at least have paperwork of the repairs done when I bought it, and the mechanic said he doesn`t have to provide paperwork for any work he does ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHADY CHARACTERS!!!
