I went through my insurance who contacted this business to send someone out to replace a tire. The repairman requested my wheel lock/key and when he left he took it with him. When the manager/owner was contacted, he stated that he did have a record of the service, but that he had no way of knowing that his repairman had taken it and he did not intend to replace it or reimburse me for this item. This item is specif... view moreic to my car and must be replaced. When I told him that was very poor customer service, he simply stated, "That`s fine. We have plenty of customers."
