Bought my car from Betty. She`s so nice. They definitely work with you. Found out 13 days after I bought the car that the muffler was welded on and now is broke. My mechanic suggested calling them. Needless to say he got very snippy with me. I was just doing what my mechanic was suggesting and to see if they knew anything about it. The words you choose when you are doing business really does make an effect. Would have suggested them to ANYONE but now won;`t because I even though they can`t do anything about it, he didn`t have to be a jerk.
