Unresponsive to customer

My vehicle was in need of new brakes. Had Jimmy`s replace my brakes. 2hrs later I noticed that the ebrake was really rubbing bad. Took it back, they told me that something was broken in the rear brakes. I told them spacifically that I did not care if it was their fault or not I wanted the vehicle safe for my family. I told him to order whatever parts were damaged and to replace the ebrake and hardware with new p... view morearts. I even offered to go to a dealer to pick parts up for him. He ordered 1 part, then reinstalled the old parts telling me they should be changed out. In addition to that he stripped key bolts that had to be drilled out later on. He also charged me additional for a few hours labor for fixing a problem that his mechanics created. When I told them I was unsatisfied they laughed in my face. This is the definition of the type of shop that allready has a steady stream of business from towing disabled vehicles off of I-80 and serving the State Police Dept. Due to the unprofessional and unethical behavior on the part of the employees and owner I will not use this shop`s services again.
