horrible service
I bought 4 new dunlop tires and when i walkef out to my car i seen the huge knots in the sidewalls.i returned inside and told the mgr.he said its normal.i left and had a vibration in my car.took it back they rebalanced the front 2 only and said 1 was out..took it back again..said they were out again..the 3rd time i told them i had a bad tire.so they checked and found a bad tire so they put the bad tire back on my car... view more knowing i was going out of town and told me they would order one. So i made an apointment to get my bad tire changed out for 3:30 pm and i sat there for an hour while they changed it...never again

Ridiculously Expensive!!!!!!!
Had my 4 winter tires taken off and my 4 other tires put on----$55.12. Could not believe the ridiculous price---outrageous! We have done business with Glotfelty Tires for 23 years---but prices like this, guess we will be shopping elsewhere. I even told them that we had purchased the tires from them originally, guess customer loyalty means NOTHING.

Great service, and they tell it like it is. I`ve taken my car there and asked them to do work on it to be told that I didn`t need it. In other words they could have done it and ripped me off, but they didn`t. They also provide a good waiting area, and if you need it they can send a shuttle to drop you off and pick you up somewhere in Morgantown while your car is being serviced.

Dear Sir, On 9/8/11 my wife and I had trouble with my Chevy truck on Int 68 near Morgantown WV. At the GMC dealer we were rudely told that they would be of no service to us for "weeks" really, "weeks". Being 250 miles from home we were lost with no help. We chanced upon Glotfelty tire & auto and although they were quite busy they checked our car and we were off within minutes. Many thanks to ... view moreAaron and the mechanic who found the problem and had us back on our way at a very reasonable cost. Thanks for turning a terrible experience into a memorable one,
Jim Smith
ps: I also have a lot different letter going out to the GMC dealer in Morgantown, js

horrible service...jerks
Horrible service. Took car in for gas smell, they decided to patch a high pressure plastic fuel line on top of the fuel pump....2 weeks later smell and leak was back. got a fuel pump and fuel filter and asked them to re-fix the problem, and use the fuel pump if needed.......then they tried to double bill us...then when i pushed back saying they chose how to fix it the first time, the guy got all pissy and just thre... view morew us the keys, i told him we would pay for the fuel filter installation, but he was a prick and replied with a stern NO. He wouldn`t let us talk once we called them out, just inturrupting saying ""let me get my head around it"". bridgeport, wv location

Does every vehicle need repairs to align?
My vehicle was repaired at another local shop. It needed an alignment that they couldn`t do. Glotfelty Tire said my vehicle needed tie rods and ball joints. Said they were so bad they could break. After a heated discussion my vehicle was aligned. I guess their certified mechanics need to go back to school.
