Reviews:
My experience was strikingly similar. When I first arrived for damage to the front end of the car, the manager (I believe that is who he was.) noticed damage to the back of the car as well. He suggested that I claim it to my insurance for $3,000.00. This was an outrageous price and this made me suspicious.
I left the car there. After a few days, I called to inquire if the car was done. They said in a day or two... view more. I would call after this amount of time, and they would say the same thing. This pattern of lying and stalling continued for about ten days.
When I finally got the car. I took it home. The pieces that were attached to the front end fell off by the next day. I called and brought the car back down. I showed them that pieces fell off again. Then this muscle-headed clown comes out with an attitude and removes the fender to look. As he is doing this, he scratches another part of the car. This scratch was never repaired.
So they keep the car for many more days. Finally returned with the new scratch.
They turned repairing some body damage into a nightmare.
I reported their sub-standard business practices to my insurance.

Excellent experience
I was surprised by the other review. I have needed City Collision three times in the last 10 years (sadly), and every time the work has been excellent, they have been kind and professional, and the time estimate has been accurate. I really have nothing but good things to say about them.

Scratched My Vehicle--Terrible Customer Service
My experience with City Collision was terrible. Their customer service was poor, and I was treated like a fool throughout the process of repairing a damaged rear quarter panel. The work took a week longer than I was promised, and when I picked up my vehicle there was a scratch in the paint in an area adjacent to the repaired panel that they refused to repair. They maintained that the scratch was not their responsib... view moreility without further comment. I hand wash my car regularly and am aware of the several dings from pebbles and such that exist on my car, so I can say without hesitation that I would have known if there were a one-inch long gouge in the car?ˆ™s finish. Taking legal action won?ˆ™t be worth the money or bother, but I do hope that I can save someone else from having a similar outcome with this duplicitous body shop.
