I would not even give this place a one star! I had my car inspected today and NOT happy at all!!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. First off, they told me I had a leak in my fuel canister and I had another person look at it who is very reliable and they said I don`t have a leak at all and NOTHING is ever on the ground when I move my car! Second they broke my brake light off!!! Any one who knows about ca... view morers, you have to go in from the inside NOT rip off the light cover. Now I have to pay another $60++ to have my car inspected by a HONEST person and fix my 3rd brake light AND cover. I will also be making a complaint to BBB AND the Senator!!!! This is B.S.!!! NEVER EVER trust aamco, they will rip you off!!! This is the the kind of dishonesty that put them out of business the first time before and then came back and NOTHING changed!!! Well I will NOT stand for this, I want my money back or have my inspection pass because there is NO leak!

This is a place you can trust to bring your car to. I had taken my car to another shop for an inspection and was told I needed parts I didn`t really need. I am glad I brought it to AAMCO for the free check they offer. When I asked them if I needed brakes in the front they said no and even took me out and showed me they looked good yet. They were not even half through there life. I just bought the car a few mon... view moreths ago so I wasn`t sure how bad they were. I guess some shops take advantage of you because you are a women. Definately don`t feel that way at the AAMCO on Lancaster avenue in Reading,Pa. They will be my only choice for car service now.

Got my old clunker running within my budget

My 1998 impala has over 130000 miles on it and it`s seen better days. These guys were great about helping me stay in my budget. They told me what repairs I needed but said I didn`t have to do them all at one time. So they prioritized them and saved me a bunch of money. Now we have a plan to fix the rest of the stuff over next couple of months. This was great because I knew I couldn`t afford a new car right now. The only mechanic that solved the problem

I Drive a VW so you can imagine how many problems they have and how hard they can be to solve. I cant even remember all the shops i took my car at to get fixed, and every time i`d get the run around .. you know "" o its this "" and then you spend a ton to fix it and the problems still thereso i take it to the next place and get the same answer. I got fed up and refused to take my car anywhere else until my friend e... view morexplained how Aamco does this Tran Scan Check for free and they`ll tell me the problem before i dish out a penny. so i took my car there (with very lox expectations) and to my suprize they told me that i had a broken wire in my engine causeing all these issues and they fixed it for next to nothing. i was shocked that for once a place wasent trying to just take my money but they acually wanted to help!!
