NEVER BUY A CAR HERE
Came to the Shorkey dodge dealership, sat here for 10 total hours to get a truck.
They repeatedly left and came back and finally we got out truck with an agreed lease payment and the next day we came back because it was 930 and they had to close. We went back the next morning where the payment had gone up by 120
We were needless to say frustrated, we spoke to managers and salesman for 5 hours and eventually they ... view moresaid there was nothing they could do.
So we tried the car we wet originally going to get before they talked us into the truck because it was such a low payment and that payment had also gone up.
They refused to call their financing company and get us the correct price. They said it was "impossible".
So we went to another dealer who in 2 hours called the finance company, financed us and had us out the door in a new car. Not even to mention that people at this dealership were unprofessional and lazy.
This is not a review out of frustration because they couldn`t do what we wanted.
It is because of the way they do business.

I Purchased a Used 2000 Chevy ...
I Purchased a Used 2000 Chevy Truck from this company in August 2012 the truck was delivered to me in NC. On it`s way down here the service engine light came on, I have had the truck in the shop more than I have been able to drive it. The mass air flow sensor was replaced 3 times because this is the code it was throwing. That did not fix the issue, then the main computer modual was replaced this still did not fix the... view more issue. Now with the service light on and it still saying mass air flow sensor and my local Chevy Dealership unable to find the cause, I come to the next issue, I have not even been able to drive the truck threw its first oil change meaning I have not even put 3,000 miles on the truck because it has been in the shop constantly and the transmission has now broke down and needs to be replaced. Jim Shorkey Suzuki gave me a WARRANTY FOREVER however because this break down happened before the 4,000 mile waiting period they will not cover the repairs. I have called and called speaking with a Mr. Bill Fabian Service Department Manager and he provides no solution. I am told the the dealership will not do anything because it is past their 3 month guarantee therefore I am stuck with a truck I gave over $8,000.00 cash for and have spent almost $3,000.00 trying to fix the issues that accord when it was being delivered. I have been told that I will receive a call from the General Manager Matt Goranivich but am still waiting a week and a half later for that call. I strongly caution anyone considering to do business with these people to find someone else if you want to save your money.

My experience here was absolutely amazing. I had been shopping around for a truck for well over a month. As soon as I walked in I could tell an immediate difference from all the other dealerships in the area.
When I walked in around 8pm, the sales manager happen to be at the reception desk. Instead of doing what typical sales managers do and passing my inquiry off onto a salesman, he took the time to ask what it ... view morewas I was looking for and immediately went to a list of trucks. He brought me into his office and had me watch a brief video on their lifetime warranty(yes, lifetime warranty on a USED vehicle) while he went to grab the salesman that works specifically with what I was looking for.
Now this is where I was introduced to someone I never thought existed, a real-life, down-to-earth, NON-pushy, no-gimmicks-salesman, Mike. Mike answered all of my questions, concerns, and went above and beyond to help me out. There are no words to explain just how great Mike was throughout this whole process, but I would highly recommend anyone in the market to ask for Mike.
The financing guy Jed was super helpful as well. He really went out of his way and worked hard to try and accommodate my needs to make the deal work out to my specifications.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone. One thing that I will change in the future, I go to Jim Shorkey before I look anywhere else. Outstanding service!

My buying experience with Jim Shorkey Kia was easy and painless. They didn`t have the exact vehicle I was looking for in stock, but located the vehicle in two days (two other dealers claimed the car I wanted wasn`t available to locate). The Jim Shorkey Kia dealership made my car purchasing experience a pleasure. From the moment I made contact all personnel were cheerful and courteous. I had done research before my purchase on Consumer Reports, Kelley`s Blue Book and had visited other area dealers. I know my sales person Steve Parco, as well as Jim Shorkey, was forthright and compromising. Jim Shorkey called me personally a number of times during the ?ˆ?deal?ˆ?, delivering a no pressure and knowledgeable approach. Everything was delivered as promised. I received the price promised, with the options promised, on the day promised. I would not hesitate to recommend Shorkey Kia. I love my new Kia and would not pause to purchase another vehicle from this team. I went in to the purchase as an educated consumer and I am confident that I got the best deal possible.

I am not happy with my experience at Jim Shorkey Suzuki at all. There was nothing good about this place. Let?ˆ™s start with the day I bought my 2011 Suzuki Kazashi (Monday June 27th). I had an appointment with my salesman for 5 PM; I got to the dealership at 4:50 PM. The salesman was not ready for me at all. He was not working with anyone; he was just unprepared even though I called him a half hour before my appointmen... view moret with him to confirm our meeting. Next let?ˆ™s talk about the 5 1/2 hours it took to process everything, due to his lack of preparation. So I did not get home until after 11 PM. Next the dealership lost one of the keys for my new car so they give me an un-programmed key for the car. At this point they ask me to come in on Thursday June 30th. Also I was told that the plastic clip that covers up the roof rack holes that was broken would be at the parts department for pick up. So I drive out to the dealership, after I leave work early to make it before the service department closes for the day. They tell me they didn?ˆ™t know I was coming out and could not program my key at this time. So we set up an appointment for Saturday July 2nd, at noon to program my keys. So next I go over to parts to pick up my plastic piece and they had no clue what I was talking about they were never told by the salesmen this was needed, so needless to say this was not corrected that day. Well July 2nd comes around and I drive back out to the dealership and the key programming computer goes down 15 min before I get there at 11:45. So at this point I talk to the Service Manager and tell him what is going on and he says for my trouble he will come to my house and pick up the car and keys to make it right. We set up for a morning pick up today July the 6th, I worked from home today so I could be here to give the guys everything they need. Well it gets to be noon and they did not come to pick up anything yet. At 1:35 PM I get a call from their service department they cannot pick up my car because all of their drivers are out of my area. So I tell the man on the phone that if they do not pick my car up today that I want my trade in back and all money I paid them and they can have their Kizashi back. Within 45 min someone came to pick up my car. So I do not hear from them for a few hours and I know they close at 6 PM and service closes around 5 today, so I call at 4 PM, to inquire about my car. They tell me it has been done and will be at my house within the hour. So I wait at home until 7 PM before my car arrives. Only 3 hours late but fixed, I will give them that. SO IN REVIEW, I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FORM THIS PLACE, I WILL DRIVE 30 MINS FURTHER OUT OF MY WAY TO THE NEXT CLOEST SUZUKI DEALER, AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING ABOUT THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!

Ripped off by service department!
Ripped off & lied to, told us that car needed $1000 fix, took to another mechanic, car needs $150 fix, charged $80 for diagnostic that they didn`t even do. AVOID!!!
