This place is pretty sketchy. I initially dropped of my vehicle at the Scranton Aamco as they are connected. I dropped it off during "operating hours." Nobody was there so before I dropped my keys off I called and he told me they would "pick up" the car. They then brought it to the Wyoming, PA branch. The person working counter told me he would call me by lunch. 1:30 rolls around and I haven`t hea... view morerd from him yet so I give him a call. He tells me he looked at the car but he`s with a customer and he`ll call me "in a few minutes." Well, now its 3:15 and nothing. This went on a few more times - the employee telling me he`ll call me right back and never hearing from him. This was even true when he told me regardless of whether or not my car is fixed, I would hear from him by the end of the work day, well that was a lie. I also requested that the old, replaced part be put inside the car, this was never done and I was charged $435 instead of the $200-300 I was estimated with no extra work done. Turns out they didn`t even record my license plate number correctly on the receipt, but that didn`t surprise me too much.
