I took my car in to have work done recently and i must say those older posts from 2008 are definately not true any more. the new manager Brad is wonderful. i took my mercedes in to see if they worked on those vehicles because alot of places wont touch them. They said it would be no problem. they fixed my check engine light that has been on for years and several shops tried to fix but couldnt. they were very impres... view moresive and professional. I saved hundreds from taking it to a dealer and it was done in reasonable time. i will definately go there for all my needs and i will send my friends and family

rip off

so it seemed like a good idea. good neighborhood and a starbucks nearby while i waited. TOTALLY RIPPED OFF! when i first questioned the quote, they went through the invoice line by line with me. after parts and labor there was still another $45. when i asked what that was they said it was miscellaneous shop fees. what?! there is either parts or labor. as soon as i started balking at the fee, he dropped it. s... view moreo, for all of you who don`t speak up you get overcharged with that. THEN i find out they overcharged me on the parts, too! (i called another local parts supply shop). it ended up over $100 more than if i`d got to another shop. i called and asked about that....still waiting for an answer.

save your money. go somewhere else.

would never ever go there again

liars, took my vehicle there for service. and it sat on the lot all day. called to speak to the manager
while watching the shop from across the street. and i was told he was not in. but he was standing right in the garage. i picked my vehicle that evening and was told is was serviced and it wasn`t.
i received an estiment for additional repairs that it didn`t need. (had brake repairs done just the week
... view more before at another shop.) i then talked to a employee and was told that they never looked at my vehicle.
this place will rip you off. they will over charge you for a brake job and and use the cheapest parts.
my friend also had repairs done to her vehicle Brake pads and rotors front and back. was charged over $400.00. found out that both set of pads where less than $50.00 AND EACH ROTOR WAS ONLY $11.00 go figure (called parts store for prices)
