Very professional!

I was stuck for over 2 hours because my car broke down on 676 right in the middle of rush hour, and while every other tow company was too busy, I called Bob`s and they took care of me. They were informative and gave me a quote ahead of time as to how much it would cost. It was very fair, and they were overall very helpful! The driver was very nice as well!! Would use this company again!

Now, it was obvious that they were in no condition to drive home (drinking). I was out of town myself and could not pick them up; but, there was someone who could. Without hesitation, and knowing the dangers of drinking and driving, he sent someone to pick them up: they both made a smart move!

I have been with same mechanic (A.Bob`s Towing) for the past 5 years and in these past years they have saved my car and me a lot of money.

I was having some serious car troubles and I didn???t have the money to buy a used or new car. UP FRONT AND HONEST

HAD BODY WORK DONE A YEAR AGO AND THE PAINT ON THE FRONT BUMPER STARTED TO GET CRACKS FORM PEOPLE PARKING BY FEEL, WHEN I TOOK MY CAR BACK THEY TOOK CARE OF IT WITH OUT ANY PROBLEM. WHEN THEY SAID I HAD A LIFE TIME WARRANTY AS LONG AS I OWNED MY CAR I THOUGHT IT WAS A GIMICK BUT IT`S REAL.

RIP OFF

This company waits for people to park in lot on Rising Suna and Adams Ave. They put the person`s car on tow vehicle. If the owner shows up, these theives tell the owners to pay anywhere from $75 to $100 or more. If the owner doesn`t have it the car gets towed. If the owner has the money these theives release the car but will not provide a receipt. I called the company to file a complaint. scumbags!

SCUMBAGS! car was towed from a lot because there was no parking in the street on CHRISTMAS EVE!!! there was no parking anywhere to begin with... did not want to double park or block handicap ramps. NO signs in lot where i parked... extra damage to vehicle after tow.. low life owner and workers...

Do You want your car fixed right, competently, in a reasonable amount of time, at a good price?

Go Somewhere Else!! This was the worst experience I ever encountered with any business or srevice.
Pros: the body work looked good.
Cons: It cost almost $3000 and needed an additional $1000 after completion.
:It took SIX months.
:paint spilled on back seat
: lost license plate
:speedometer didn`t work
