I took my focus in to see why my engine light was on and to get my car inspected. They did the state inspection and the emission, which was okay. But as for the engine light, they charge me over $200 to fix this. On the invoice it states as follows "customer states engine malfuntion light is on, technician performed diagnostic check on system cleared code and performed drive cycle". Don`t understand, I refuse to go back, because i know that they will find something else wrong. Will never go back!!!!!!

Service department...NOT!

I have a Warranty Service Plan on the car I bought there and the airbag light stopped being intermittent and was staying on, so I made an appointment. Not only did they not fix the car, they did not know I had a warranty, they ran a test on it claiming the light was not on and charged me $104.72! The car went in for 8:30am and by 7:30pm the light was back on! I asked for my money back and am waiting to see if they... view more right all their mistakes. Rude general manager

We have been shopping for a used truck for the last week and talked to a number of dealers. Ken was the salesperson we worked with at Day Ford. He was very nice and one of the better salespeople we`ve encountered. However, when it came time to discuss trade-in value and pricing, the manager Peter Flaherty got involved. When we pointed it out to him, he got very defensive and told us that we needed to do our research on our trade-in value and that he would work with us after we did more work on our part. We will not be returning to Day Ford.

Do not buy your car here!!!!!!!!!

Day Ford in Monroeville is full of it, Salesmen lie , sold me a car and did not clean it, took it back and the second cleaning was just of bad as the first. So I took it and cleaned it myself, now it looks clean and the windows are clean and the wheels are clean.
