I was taken advantage of....

Had a flat tire, brought it to see if it could be patched. After the mechanic just looked at the tire, he didn`t try to find a leak or anything, I was told it could not be repaired and it would cost $75 dollars for a new tire. I was charged $5.40 anyway even though they did nothing and I was only there 5 minutes. I thought something was hoaky so I brought it to someone else who repaired the valve stem and didn`t even... view more charge me because it was such a easy fix. The tire has been fine ever since. I will never do business with them again. I guess the tire repair wouldn`t make enough money to warrent giving me good service so they tried to sell me higher priced tire that I obviously didn`t need.

I was a bit disappointed

I have been a customer for several years and have spent a great deal of money over the years buying tires, oil changed and four wheel alignments. This past winter, I purchased four new tires for my ford explorer. The next day, I had a flat tire at my home. After a phone call and some negotiation, they did send a tech out to switch out the flat for my spare and agreed to take the tire back to the shop and fix it. ... view more I went to the garage the next business day and they remounted the new tire. Within one week, I was experiencing issues with yet another one of the new tires. I took the vehicle back and they had to unmount and remount 3 of the 4 tires as there were leak issues which continually sent my low tire pressure alarms off. The one thing that I was really sore about is during this ordeal and yes, it was an ordeal, the tech told me I should really have my spare tire unmounted and remounted as it had been in place for 5 years and it really should be looked at. After all of this back and forth, they still charged me to do the work on my spare. I would have thought the least they could have done after my 4 trips back to their business was to throw this in as a courtesy, but they didn`t. I ended up paying them $12 to do this work. I am now looking to purchase tires for my husband`s truck and although I have had good luck in the past, this last visit has left a sour taste and I`m not sure I should go back

Always good service

I`ve been a customer for tire work, oil changes and minor maintenance for 6-8 years and I`ve always felt Super Tire`s prices were fair and the work well and honestly performed. They generally are able to get the car on the lift as soon as I arrive for an appointment and it`s back on the road in short order. And Tom`s Diner across the street makes a great breakfast or lunch!

Love this place!!!

Super tire made a mistake and replaced my front breaks and rotors (told to do back breaks and rotors). I pointed out the error to them and they admitted their mistake and did the back brakes for free the next day. I have had nothing but honest and respect from this business. The customer service is great too! The prices that they charge are fair as well!! I will continue to visit this business.

Worst service

I went to Super Tire for a hole in a tire. Ended up with a plug when I asked for an internal patch or tube in a spot that was not leaking. When I discovered hole still there and leaking I went back and asked for the original hole to be fixed properly along with the extra hole ,mechanic said I was a liar and the glass was never there to begin with. When I asked for my money back so I could go elsewhere to get it fixe... view mored properly they would not refund my money, Was told internal patch was not the way to go and no guarantee. I let them keep the $12+ and went to Kost tire where two holes were fixed with internal patches which is the preferred method and they do not plug tires! I was charged $8.80 Stay clear of Super tire!!!!!!!
