Very comfortable experience. I went down to browse the other weekend and was amazed with the selection. The service seemed courteous and friendly. I had a good experience at this dealership. Everyone was courteous and not too pushy. The sales person did a great job of explaining everything and i felt he was very honest. I was passing through Erie and...

I was passing through Erie and needed some minor work done on my 2002 Honda Accord. The service is great and I feel like they took time to go over my car just to make sure they weren`t missing anything. They were very knowledgeable and taught me a thing or two about my car. If ever I am in Erie again, this is where I will go.

USE EXTREME CAUTION

Purchased a vehicle from this dealer, was told car was one owner and immaculate condition, even came with a free carfax and it showed excellent service history on document and verified all info that was given to us.... One week later: Airbag Sensor Warning light, brought back, serviced and light went out, 2 weeks later Airbag Light is on again. Three weeks later: Suspected Transmission issues after car se... view moreemed to slip in first, or could also be a torque converter issue, went down to our friendly Rick Weaver Dealer and was told exactly this "Well I understand we just sold you the vehicle 3 weeks ago but we can offer no assistance to fix your problems" They wouldnt even look at the vehicle to tell me if there was an issue, was told to have a nice day. I am not saying dont buy from them but if you do do not believe a word they say and make sure you fully investigate them as well as the vehicle before they pull one over on you like they did to us. Should have stuck with Chevrolet, so please everyone its a rough economy and dont fall victim to these people.
