I wish they had a 0 stars choice. Whoever left the 5 star rating MUST be the scumbag owners of the business. These guys are CROOKS so stay FAR AWAY from them. Their service is terrible and they will rob you blind. What they do to customers is criminal!

VERY BEST SERVICE AT VERY AFFORDABLE PRICES. I am disabled senior on a very tight budget. Over 12 years I had I have tried three different well recommended mechanics for my truck and cars. All nice people, but for the last 5 years - Hendricks and Sons in Emmaus beat the prices and had better communications and service than all the rest. this is now the only place I will take my vehicles. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. took truck in for $1600 of repairs. drove it twice since repairs and it broke down. took it back for a `courtesy look` and now, coincidently, the engine is completely shot. the truck ran fine before we had these shysters `repair` it. it just needed some parts replaced. now the whole thing needs to be replaced. rip off job and no explaination. Thanks for the great service!

Thanks to Hendricks Auto for helping us get our deployed soldier`s truck inspected and ready to go for him when he returns from Afghanistan. We were driving down from upstate New York; they fit us into an already busy day and had us on our way very quickly. Really appreciated how they stepped up to the plate and helped us. Disappointing

While H&S certainly has friendly workers, they are unknowledgable at best and manipulative at worst. I had a repair completed which cost me over $1300. When the same part broke only 3 months later, they said they did not know why it happened. Then, they informed me that they would not re-repair unless I paid for more than half of it. They are not willing to stand by their work and should not be trusted.
