Horrible Service!!!!!

Needed to make a second appointment for 2 things that should have been taken care of right the 1st time! On my return appointment for a leaky tire that should have been fixed the first time I Waited 2 1/2 hours for a lousy oil change and then they brought the car out without my tire still being fixed. Horrible service!!!!!! If i got a flat infront of their store i would still take it somewhere else.

Instant Phone Service

I was able to get a hold of someone on the phone to talk about what tires sutied my car the best and was pleased that they equalled an online deal from tirerack.com. The tires also had a rebate on the tirerack.com website, Farr didn`t have the rebate (the manufacturar gives them out to different companies at different intervals). Farr honored it and gave me cash on the spot because if I mailed it in I wouldn`t get ... view moreany rebate due to Farr having a different rebate period. I was well pleased with the way it was handled. They have TV and wifi too while you wait.

Took my stuff!

They put my tires on (front two), but when I picked up the car they were closed. I could not contact them to let them know that they have my donut and the other front tire they took off, which I had asked to be mounted on a steel rim! I also had paid for an interstate battery and they put in a Duralast! I have to wait until monday to get my stuff & my money back now, because they aren`t open on sundays... and I liv... view moree in Philadelphia. Awful awful awful.
