This place is a rip-off, go so...
This place is a rip-off, go somewhere else! They charged me $100.00 to diagnose a problem which still existed after the fact. They wanted an outrageous amount to fix it. My windshield was broken when I got the car back. I took it to another garage and they said there is no way they should have not known or had the equipment to diagnose it. One of the service writers keeps saying he knows nothing about cars, kind o... view moref ironic considering where he works!! When I call they always say they tried and they do nothing about reimbursing me, I will NEVER go there again!!

Found the car I as looking for and was happy to find friendly employees at this dealership more than willing to help me get the car I wanted at a price I could afford!
All the employees were first rate! Highly recommend Patriot!

Do not buy from this Dealer. These jokers can not be trusted. I purchased a car from the dealer at a set price and with a new inspection sticker. They charged my credit card $1000.00 deposit, only to tell me later when I was to pick it up that they can`t inspect the vehicle. They don`t keep there word and the Sales Manager, Bill Chapel and Salesman, Edward Allwine don`t have a clue as to what they are doing. Stay away... view more at all costs.

Stay away from this dealership!!!
The absolute worst dealership in Montgomery County. The service department has decimated this dealerships reputation. The service is horrible. Jobs that I was told would take 30 min, took almost two hours each visit. Always the excuse that they?ˆ™re short handed regarding technicians due to people being out or having some type of emergency. The problem is probably a high turn around for techs. My vehicle was ... view morein 5 times over a year and a half, and each time it left something was scratched, nicked, or dented on my car. They denied it each time I confronted them. I suggest that they get some adults to work in service instead of 22 year olds. This is a small community, and the general consensus is to go somewhere else if you want to purchase a GMC, or if you want your GMC serviced. If you`re okay with sub-standard, late and sloppy technicians, service staff members who will lie straight to your face, this is the place for you.
