scratched volvo

I wanted to get some breakfast while my oil was being changed. The attendant recomended that i just wait there while the service was being done. I went to breakfast, returned to tolsdorf and paid for my service. I then left and went to my next destination. I got out of the car and noticed a series of scratches on my door. I did not go back to tolsdorf because i did not notice the scratches while i was there. There is... view more no way to prove it happened there.

GREAT SERVICE WORK

2/18/09 Tolsdorf Oil of Phoenixville : we recently used their service for several of our family cars and trucks. I just wanted to thank them for a great job done. Your waiting area is very clean and comfortable. The explanations on what we needed were very clear by George the manager and Drew , they were very courteous and very informative. Bad service

Tolsdorf manager does not stand behind their work. I took my car to them for a oil change. They reccomended a radiator flush which I agrred to allow them to do. I only made it a mile away and the car overheated. There was not enough coolant in the radiator. When I took it back they named numerous excuses before the finally looked at it and they corrected the problem. I told them to make sure they note this in the com... view moreputer records which I found out was never done. I was told that the next time I camein they would give me a discount for the problem they caused. When I went back to have my oil changed they never honored the discount. The manager statement to me was people try to scam us all the time. When I showed him the last service report he would not apply the discount.
