Daniels BMW has been family owned for over 30 years. We like to create great experiences for customers that come to our showroom and to our state of the art service facility for their maintenance needs.
Reviews:
Unimpressed.. on more than one occation.
I have had my car serviced here before, and I noticed a reduction in power after the recall service. Also, the service indicator was never reset after an oil change. No loaner car was provided.. I was invited by e-mail to the 2012 BMW 3 series test drive event today (March 24th). This was a scam to get my demographic information. After registering, I waited an hour and a half for the sales person to tell me that they... view more sold the 335i that they had for the test drive event. What did I see as I drove off? 335i sedans with dealer tags being test driven. Today was my last visit to this dealer. As far as I am concerned, they have no credibility. I`ve had better mechanical service at Thompson BMW in Doylestown...just don`t let Thompson wash your car, and you should be fairly happy with your service experience. Also, when Thompson BMW does ride and drive events, you actually get to drive the cars they promote!

Enjoy your bad coffee and browse through overpriced accessories while you get robbed in labor cost!
I`ll keep this short and not very sweet... 1) They marked up some parts for my repair by over 300%... not cool. 2)Their labor rate is $110 dollars per hour (proceed to wiping the screen of the coffee you just ejected). 3) Although the staff was friendly and knowledgable, I couldnt get past the fact that I was helping pay for a $5 million dollar mansion-like waiting area staffed by approximately 275 people (I was j... view moreust having my brake pads replaced for petes sake). Perhaps if they built a really great roller coaster around the property I would have enjoyed it more, or if they offered free oriental massage it would take the sting out of the cost. I love BMWs, but watch how fast places like this sink when the economy catches up with rising costs.... I`ll be looking forward to the artistry the 5 assistant counter managers use while assembling my Big Mac at the 15th street McDonalds. How about using some German sensibility and lowering the costs of ownership.... that would sell more cars. How many people do you think would start bitching because there wasnt 8 different variety of biscotti (NOT an exaggeration) available? A true rethink of Daniels philosiphy is in order, IMHO. Until that happens, I`ll continue using the private garages who charge more than $30 dollars less per hour. I suppose ""speechless"" is what it left me, but not in a good way. $700 brake pads tend to do that.

Bought my BMW there. Pretty good service, courteous, respectful.
They generally take care of you but repair work is expensive. Best BMW tech is a dude called Rudy..he`s a whiz!
