Won`t be going back
I took my car here to get a new Clutch Master Cylinder on a Friday. As I dropped it off, I told the counter guy that I would like the drivers side front turn signal looked at, and if it was just the bulb I would replace it.
I was informed the part would be ordered and shipped the following Monday, due to my car being a Saturn Ion, all similar parts are ordered from out of state. I told the guy on the phone I would ... view morepay for it to be shipped Monday using an Overnite service, meaning it would be delivered Tuesday. I needed my car, obviously so I can get back and forth to work. So, the snow storm hits Wednesday, and my part is finally delivered Friday. I was told on the phone that we can work something out because I was without the car for a week, and I had to go get a rental.
Friday evening, I get a call saying it`s fixed, but doesn`t feel "right". I go, tell the guy that the only way we`ll know if it`s "right" is by driving it. The bill comes to be $60 more than original quote, I`m told that they fixed my light bulb(even though I didn`t ask them to), and I`m being charged the shipping. I talk to the manager, and I felt disrespected after I tell him I`m not paying the shipping fee, I didn`t bring up the fact he told me I would not have to, but he proceeds to raise his voice about how he was there since 6 am and it`s 7 pm now. What he didn`t know, was that I was awake due to work, for over 24 hrs and I could give less than a sh!t about his shift. So he doesn`t charge me the shipping, and I leave. The next day, I notice my drivers side light doesn`t work. I stop at the local Napa, ask a worker to come out as witness to see this. Since Napa didn`t carry the correct bulb, I go to Advanced Auto and get one, and do it myself in two minutes. I called back to let them know I want the money for service and the bulb refunded since I had to fix it. It was refunded when my wife took in the credit card to show them, and the manager did apologize for the way he acted the night before. This being said, I now have to take it to another shop because they didn`t bleed the air out of my clutch, and my clutch pedal sits at the floor. I respect the guy for apologizing, but because it`s still not fixed and they charged me for the service, it won`t go back there ever.
