Plain rude!

So I called the day after Easter Sunday to see if they got my financial application, they weren`t open until Wednesday. That`s fine Easter vacation I understand, I waited until Wednesday to call. So I did, but the "manager" wasn`t in, "he`ll be in later" I was told. I said that`s fine, give a me a call back blah blah blah I called everyday "he`ll be in later". The guy wasn`t in until Mon... view moreday cuz he was on vacation but the sales person couldn`t tell me that instead of wasting my time, he couldn`t get into the computer cuz he didn`t have the password and the guy is on a plane? The best part... The car was priced at 13,500 that week on cars.com... Come Saturday... Priced at 14,500. I called Monday... So the manager is finally in... I asked the sales guy.. His name is drew by the way. He said he`ll ask someone about the pricing. 10 min later he calls and tells me I`m not approved and I asked even if I put down a large amount for a downpayment? He said "no". Then he hangs up... Without another word. Went online on cars.com and saw it priced at 15,000 that Monday night! Honestly there`s something going on. I went to a different dealership got the same car but better... Honda civic hybrid with navi for just about the same price. You`re choice of going to these people, I would not recommend anyone to come here because you never know if they`re the type to rip you off, especially changing prices within a week. They`d probably give you an excuse and say "that was a sale price we had going on last week (13,500), this is the actual price.(15,000)" bologna.
