Today I dropped off and picked up my Genesis. It looks like brand new. Recently my car was hit by another`s car door or perhaps by a shopping cart. Either way there was a noticeable dent on my rear quarter panel. I was heart broken. I took my car to John on Tuesday. He took a look and told me his "dent guy" would be in on Thursday. John said that he thought they could pop the dent without hav... view moreing to paint for under $200.00. I dropped off the car at 8:30 am. They called at 4:00 pm to say the car was ready. It looks great! Cannot tell it was ever damaged. We have used John in the past and have sent several friends his way. John is always pleasant and a pleasure to work with

Here is my account of Lombardo`s service and treatment to AAA... EMERGENCY ROAD SERVICE REIMBURSEMENT APPLICATION If garage rendering service was AAA affiliated, why did service man request payment of charges? Very good question actually, it was my first question after asking if John B. Lombardo?ˆ™s Complete Collision were a AAA affiliated garage. On my way to church Sunday Feb. 17th I was unable to traverse th... view moree last hill due to icy road conditions; so, I parked on the side of the road, called a friend at the church to pick me up to return after services and better road conditions. I left the vehicle at 8:10am and returned at 11:40am. Unfortunately, the police were unsuccessful reaching my phone via the DMV records and Lombardo?ˆ™s towed my truck 5 miles at 11:30am. All well & good I thought until after my call to 911 for the towing service information. 911 were cordial, gave me Lombardo?ˆ™s information and offered to have the police officer call me as well. Lombardo?ˆ™s is not open on Sunday. I should clarify they are open to tow but not retrieve. Shortly after learning this information I did receive a call from the police officer who was also very cordial. He offered to get in touch with Lombardo?ˆ™s to have them contact me in hopes that they may ?ˆ?open?ˆ™ for me to collect my vehicle. This is where things went downhill. A few hours after speaking with the officer I received a call from Lombardo?ˆ™s; I was told that they would be at their shop in an hour, for two hours after that. I informed the representative that I was a AAA Plus member, his response,?ˆ? it doesn?ˆ™t matter the tow is $175.?ˆ? This is a 5 mile tow. He then told me, ?ˆ?YOU, will have to have AAA reimburse you.?ˆ? Moving on from the AAA issue, Lombardo?ˆ™s, proceeds to tell me that I must pay in cash. (on a Sunday) I offered my American Express or Visa and was told, ?ˆ?I don?ˆ™t know you, and we can only accept cash.?ˆ? My response,?ˆ? I use my cards every day with people that don?ˆ™t know me in fact, almost all of them!?ˆ? CASH ONLY !! Alright, I?ˆ™ll come by in the morning when you open at 9:00 with cash since today is Sunday. Looking at rude in the rear view mirror, Lombardo?ˆ™s quite tersely informs me that ?ˆ?It?ˆ™d be in my best interest to get it today cauz tomorrow I?ˆ™ll charge you a $50 storage fee on top of the tow.?ˆ? Then, he proceeds to lecture me, ?ˆ?Have you ever rented a car??ˆ? Reluctantly I respond, ?ˆ?yes??ˆ? ?ˆ?Well then you know how it works; you are charged from when you pick up the car until you drop it off!?ˆ? This, is where I said to Lombardo?ˆ™s,?ˆ? it is not their place to lecture me and that I would be there when he arrives at his shop.?ˆ? And, I immediately called AAA to complain about how rude and mostly unprofessional their AAA representative at Lombardo?ˆ™s is and to request this form. I have NEVER experienced a AAA towing representative as maligning as this character and quite frankly one with a such shady and suspect business practice. I have only been on this AAA account for 3 years replacing my father who has had this account for nearly 30 years. I am considering not renewing in October if AAA?ˆ™s discernment of associates has been reduced to the behavior of John B. Lombardo?ˆ™s Incomplete Collision.
