Soon as I walked in and began ...
Soon as I walked in and began to check my car in for services, their manager named Pat (who did an oversell of his services over the phone) was having a conversation about how certain customer was so unhappy with their service that they contacted their regional manager. I should have walked away right then, because that`s the only way they can sell their service and usually no repeat customers. So as I sat in the wai... view moreting area to get my car serviced, I was feeling extremely worried. They had this kids working on cars and it seemed like they needed help every other minute from their manager. Two hours later, my car was done and the price they were asking were about $150 more than what I was told over the phone. To make the long story short, I was fighting a losing battle. They already had done the work and they refused to take these hidden fees because it was part of the service. Driving away with full regrets (after spending over $850 dollars) it was amazing to find that my car wasn`t driving like it suppose to! It started to wabbled, shake and vibrate. To make the long story short, I called and drove back to have them correct the problems. I was sent home after being told three different stories. You would think they should at least coordinate with each other? One good thing come out this experience is that you can go to other NTB centers and have your car serviced for free - which I did and problems this place refuse to correct, was CORRECTED! Now my car drives REALLY well. I feel bad that I went to this place and paid all that money here while other NTB center did such a good job fixing my car for free. Listen, there are tons of other auto places around the area that you can choose from. If you are working stiff with little time to spare like me, last thing you want to do is spend lot of money and add remorse, anger, unnecessary stress in your schedule. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, or at least other NTB shop. Trust me.

terrible service with hidden charges
Needed new tires and called around due to firestone shop always being busy and not having time to drop off my car for whole entire day, I found this clunker place. My life experience always tells me that those who wh0r3 their services (overly brag about their service) are places/people you shouldn`t do business with. I should have trusted my instinct but due to time restraint, I went with it and I regret it like no... view more tomorrow. You can just walk in and have your car serviced here because it seems they don`t have lot of business or customers. It`s like one of those movies you watch and feel bad for the main character and thinking that`s just not possible..
